The place exudes a casual yet cozy vibe, with a tiny bar that seats only six. However, there are plenty of high-top tables and a spacious outdoor patio, giving it a laid-back neighborhood feel. While the bar itself may be small, the service is attentive and the atmosphere inviting.

The happy hour runs from 2 PM to 6 PM, with half-off pizzas from 2 PM to 4 PM, and half-off wines, well cocktails, and select wines by the bottle until 6 PM. The drink menu is a standout—offering premium choices you rarely see discounted. I had the Justin Cabernet, a wine of exceptional quality that’s a rare find on any happy hour list.

The $11 menu features delicious offerings, and of course, I couldn’t resist trying their most popular pizza: the DiFara Special. This 12-inch pie is a true masterpiece. The cheese was long and stringy, a sure sign of top-quality ingredients, while the pepperonis were fresh and flavorful, standing out with every bite.

The bar area is spacious, with plenty of room at the tables even if the bar itself is packed. The clientele here are typically local gamblers, adding to the friendly, laid-back vibe.

One standout menu item is the Grilled Chicken Nachos, a generous portion perfect for sharing and priced at just $10.75. It’s no wonder this dish is a crowd favorite. If you’re looking for a healthier option, the Spinach and Artichoke dip is a great choice at $6.75, nearly half off the regular price.

Another intriguing item on the happy hour menu is the plate of fresh potato chips with dill pickle dip, also priced at $6.75. When I first tried it, the portion was disappointingly small, but the chips were delicious. Given its popularity, I would expect the portions to be more satisfying now.

Drink specials are also impressive, with great prices on beer and wine. For cocktails, you can either get $2 off specialty drinks or opt for the Happy Hour Amsterdam Martini, which is the best deal. I recommend trying it dirty with extra olives – a classic choice.

Jade Asian Kitchen offers a casual and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a long day. Despite the bar being a bit small with limited seating, the addition of tables and party benches in the bar area ensures there’s enough room for everyone. However, the true gem of Jade is its outdoor patio. Equipped with misters for those warmer days, the patio shines in nicer weather when the entire wall opens up, creating an inviting indoor-outdoor experience.

The standout item is the Seafood Tower, a generous and impressive offering priced at just $40. Though it was too much for one person, it’s perfect for sharing with a group. For my visit, I opted for the pork bellies and the tuna tartare.

Ownership and History: William B’s is operated by the same owners who previously ran a fine steakhouse on the top floor of Suncoast. Their decision to move to the casino floor level and open William B’s has brought their exceptional dining experience to a more accessible location within the casino, making it easier for guests to enjoy their top-tier offerings.

Location: Situated off the Strip in the Tivoli Village area and next to the JW Marriott, Suncoast Casino may be somewhat underappreciated, but it offers a variety of dining experiences. William B’s Steakhouse stands out as the best restaurant within the casino, making it a hidden gem for those in the know.
